Enquiry |

A sales process starts with an enquiry directly or through telephone, or online. All enquiry will be included in the database and the enquirer will be contacted for further information by the team Niranjan Ultrasound India Pvt. Ltd. Then it starts the discussions between the customer and the Niranjan Ultrasound India Pvt. Ltd. team will be initiated. Photos, videos, etc will be shared between the parties. |

Inspection |
| |
The customer can inspect the machine either the Niranjan Ultrasound India Pvt. Ltd. warehouse at our headquerters in Kozhikode (Kerala, India), a place well connected to the world via air and rail. Online inspection is another option for the customer. |

| 3. |
Proforma or quotation |
| |
After confirming the deals, Niranjan Ultrasound India Pvt. Ltd. will send a quotation/ proforma which includes all the details such as the details of the machine, probes and other sales terms. |

| 4. |
Purchase |
| |
Upon getting the quotation, the customer should send a purchase order to Niranjan Ultrasound India Pvt. Ltd.. |

| 5. |
PNDT copy and affidavit |
| |
Indian customers should send valid PNDT registration copy and PNDT affidavit along with the purchase order and if the customer wants to send the machine via road, it is their responsibility to send the road permit and other related documents, if any. |

| 6. |
Payment confirmation |
| |
Upon getting the purchase order, the transaction will move to the next level where the payment confirmation has to be done. |

| 7. |
Quality check |
| |
In the next stage, the quality will be checked at two sections – first by the service personnel and later by the sales team including 24 hours burning period. In both the checking spot, in case of failure, the faults will be rectified. |

| 8. |
Packing |
| |
After passing through these two checking points,we will prepare the packing list and move to the packing department. Foams, wooden crating etc.will be used for packing on which security symbols will be pasted. Photos of each point of packing will be taken and all the documents will keep ready for sending. |

| 9. |
Transporting |
| |
Next stage is transporting and will be done per the deal. Normally we use the service of some reputed courier service and tracing facilities are well available. Installation and post-sale service will be done, as per the final transaction. |
