What are the modes of warranty? |

Niranjan Ultrasound India Pvt. Ltd. always believes in providing the best service to our customers. Therefore, we offer the best warranty patterns available in the market. The company will rectify the faults that are found within 30 days of the transaction in both domestic and foreign deals. In addition, for domestic customers, we offer six months labour warranty. Extended warranty is available for domestic customers at extra cost. |

What are the available payment modes? |

We are following a fixed and easy for use payments modes to make all the transactions. Hence, for off-shore business, we use wire transfer while for domestic business we use NEFT/RTGS. You can see our bank details here for both modes. |

Is cash-on-delivery acceptable? |
| |
No. We never appreciate direct payment system due to many a hurdle it may bring to the total transaction. |

Is the shipping charge is included in the final pricing? |
| |
No. Shipping charge has to be paid by the customer at the time of the transaction. |

Is the packing charge involved in the final pricing? |

Yes. Packing is our responsibility. |

What is the expected delivery time? |
| |
This totally depends upon the deal and it varries according to the place to where the machine has to be send, the model of the machines, etc. But, by the time of the final phase, we let the customers know the total time need the machine to be delivered. |

Who will bear the loss incurred during transportation, if any? |
| |
This will be taken care of by the courier company as all the machine is being dispatched under the insurance cover. |
