There are different parameters to fix the rate such as the model, the quality of the product, probes available, manufacturing date, etc. An inspection engineer will be sent to the customer to check the quality of the machine. Based on the report of the spot inspection engineer, the head office will talk to the customer and inspection engineer will come to a final decision on this regard. Who and how will the machine be inspected?
Upon hearing from the user, our purchasing team will contact the customer and sort out a date to inspect the machine on the spot. The customer will be intimated the date and time in advance.
Will Niranjan Ultrasound India Pvt. Ltd provide a standby machine before taking the machine home?
Yes, but not in all deals. This is totally depending upon terms of the transaction deal. In case yes, the standby machine may or may not be the same model.
